We ship to the shipping address provided by you. We are not responsible for lost or missing orders due to an incorrect shipping address provided. All vintage items are one-of-a-kind. Jewelry pieces designed and manufactured by Estelle Galerie are made-to-order.

For domestic orders, please allow 2-3 business days for processing and 6-8 weeks for delivery of all made-to-order pieces. Vintage items usually ship within 2 weeks. However, if your order contains made-to-order items as well as vintage items, it will ship as a complete order. For international orders, please allow 3-4 business days for processing and 6-8 weeks for delivery. Customs and duties are the responsibility of the receiver. To arrange for expedited shipping, please contact us prior to purchase to arrange. Please understand that we cannot be held responsible for delays occurring due to carrier, misstatement of your shipping address, damages that occur during shipment and your destination’s customs. These delivery times are estimates. Due to COVID-19 restrictions, orders are expected to ship with delays.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

RETURNS

All sales are final. Due to the nature of vintage items, minor wear consistent with age and use is to be expected. Any notable flaws or imperfections are described with each item. Please read descriptions thoroughly prior to purchase and feel free to contact us directly with any questions regarding an item's condition. If you feel an item you have purchased from us has been misrepresented, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt and we will do our best to accommodate you.
